Any member in good standing with the LSC may be elected to the LSC Board of Directors. Nominations for election of officers may be made orally at the LSC Board of Directors meeting in November and/or during the Annual General Meeting. The LSC Annual General Meeting of the membership for the election of officers and directors, and for the transaction of such business as LSC policy amendments, supplements or new policy shall be held each year in December.
